Notepad

About Notepad

A quick scratchpad for temporary notes, snippets and text you are working on. Create multiple tabs, rename them, and pick up where you left off — content is saved automatically.

Notes are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never uploaded, and they stay on this device and browser.

How to use

  1. Start typing — the note is saved automatically.
  2. Add tabs to keep separate notes, and rename a tab to organize them.

FAQ

Where are my notes stored?

In your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing site data, using a private window, or switching browsers will not show the same notes.

Is there a size limit?

Browsers typically allow about 5–10 MB of local storage per site. If saving fails, you will see an error message.

Are my notes private?

Yes. They never leave your browser. Anyone with access to this browser profile could still open them, so avoid storing secrets.
